The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science (MCS) invites students to prepare for some of the most coveted jobs and
most important advances in technology today, by pursuing the degrees we offer in computer
science, applied mathematics, and robotics:
- BS in computer science
- BS in applied and computational mathematics
- MS in computational sciences and robotics
Our computer science degree is accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
Our department takes great pride in our degree and active research programs that span a variety of disciplines. The department values high-quality teaching and we currently have five faculty members that have earned awards for excellence in teaching. We also provide many unique experiences where students can readily participate in a research projects, compete in academic competitions, or join one of our professional society student chapters.
