Fall Science Series - October, 2014
(Elementary, Middle School)

We are happy to announce registration for Fall Science Series 2014 is open! Click on your student's age group below to see details on our hands-on learning topics for this fall.

Grades 3-5: Four fun and engaging programs! -  This fall students will explore concepts ranging from water to wind even catapults and magnets!  Click here for details.
Grades 6-8: Four lively and interactive programs! - Middle school students test factors like compression, air resistance and stability this fall!  Click here for details.

Higher Steps:  September - November 2014
(High School)

A ten-week program for high school students designed and taught by the SDSM&T Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department.  Students come to the Mines campus for 4 hours on Saturday to  work on hands-on activities like soldering, programming, building a working radio, and robotics with the renowned SDSM&T faculty.

Flight Night with Aero Design - TBD
(K to 8)

Spend an evening with Aero team’s members learning about the team, the lab, flying simulators, and building a small plane to take home as a souvenir!
