Programs of Study
Each graduate student files and pursues a proposed "Program of Study" which includes a list of courses that the student intends to take. The student must file a "Program of Study" form with the Graduate Education Office no later than midterm of the second semester of study (due date will be published by the Graduate Education Office). Any later changes, either to the course listing or to committee members, will require the submittal of a revised "“Program of Study."
Approximate due dates (specific dates to be announced each semester)
- For students who begin their studies in Spring, POS forms are due by mid-term of the following fall semester.
- Students who begin their programs in the Summer or Fall must submit their program of study by mid-term of the spring semester
Note: Students receiving assistantships must be in compliance with POS requirements in order to receive funds.
