For a Direct PLUS Loan, click here to complete the Direct PLUS Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN). You must have your U.S. Department of Education PIN to log into this site. Once you are logged in, you will have the opportunity to indicate if you are applying for a Graduate (Masters & PhD students only) or Parent (for parents of dependent students only) PLUS loan and then to electronically sign the MPN.
