Residence Hall/Apartment Fees
The South Dakota School of Mines and Technology offers a variety of options for student housing and accommodations. For descriptions and photos, please visit our ResLife website.
A deposit of $100.00 must accompany all housing applications. All residence hall occupants are required to have a meal plan; apartment occupants are not required to have meal plans. Included with residence hall fees are high-speed internet service and expanded basic cable television service. Apartment rent includes all utilities (water, gas, electric, garbage, high-speed internet and expanded basic cable television service).
