“I love this game and being able to help athletes reach their full potential is so exciting to me. As a golf coach I have very high expectations on all my golfers. I want them to set goals and it’s my job to help them reach those goals in the sport and also in their education.”

Peterson, comes to SD Mines with a vision for how he will run his program.

“The biggest thing I look for in my athletes is commitment. I feel that the team is like a family and we are all going to win together or lose together so having the same commitment from everyone is crucial to success.”
