Research interests are in all areas of human resources and management.
Brief Bio
I am a Lecturer in the Mining Engineering and Management Department at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. I received my Ph.D. in Business Administration from Northcentral University, my MBA in Management and M.S. in Human Resources from the University of South Dakota, and my B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting and Management from Black Hills University.
Teaching
My teaching specialties are centered in management. Areas include Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Mine Management, Mediation and Negotiation, Mining Law, International Business, Supervision, Organizational Behavior, and Recruitment and Retention.
