Museum of Geology to close Jan. 6 for month-long renovation

RAPID CITY, S.D. (Dec. 18, 2013) – The Museum of Geology at the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology will be closed for a month beginning Monday, Jan. 6, for a ceiling renovation in the main exhibit hall. The museum plans to reopen Monday, Feb. 3, and resume normal business.
