Gary Trohkimoinen – Cross Country/Track - 2007

Gary Trohkimoinen was instrumental in helping the School of Mines Cross Country team to consecutive South Dakota Intercollegiate Conference Championships in 1970 (placing 4^th), 1971 (8^th), and 1972 (3^rd). He also excelled in track and was the 1972 SDIC steeplechase champion.  He ranks third all-time in the Steeplechase for the Hardrockers with a time of 9:32.04 and sixth all-time in the 5000m with a time of 15:35.20.
