Palmin Society
The Palmin Society is a unique organization founded to provide financial
assistance and opportunities in the Museum of Geology. Membership dues
provide much needed support associated with numerous field expeditions
that search for vertebrate fossils thus expanding the Museum's collections,
improving Museum exhibits, providing outreach programs, etc. Members are
welcome to volunteer their time collecting fossils in the field with Museum
paleontologists and prepare fossils in the lab under the guidance of lab
staff. Members are given a 10% discount on all items purchased at
the Museum Gift Shop and are allowed free admission to all Museum sponsored
or conducted lectures.
