    Contest Experiences:
Monday: We had a fairly decent start on Monday. Noise was pretty bad on 40m and 15m and 20m was packed so you could barely get it without stomping on someone's signal, but we still made quite a few contacts.
Tuesday: The results were better on this day! Still didn't log a ton of QSO's but we did okay.
Wednesday: Not a good day at all! Called CQ for 2 hours and only made 5 QSO's!! We're going to give PSK31 a shot on Thursday to see if we can log some CW QSOs.
Thursday: Spent a lot of time using PSK-31 today. Didn't bother trying to use any other band besides 20M just because of the terrible QRM on other bands. Made several school contacts today, which was very cool. Heard W2CXN on 15m but the QRM was bad maybe we'll catch them tomorrow. Plan on hanging out on 14.050.15 tomorrow for some more digital contacts, we had a lot of fun with that! But listen for us on 15 and 20M as well!
Friday: Ended up spending most of the day on PSK-31 on 14.070.15. PSK was really hopping this morning and we made a lot of contacts including two schools! We're looking forward to participating in the College RTTY Sprint at the end of March after our digital experience this week! Didn't spend as much time on voice as originally planned, but we were able to make some contacts at the end of our 6 hour mark so the day was pretty successful for us. We're looking forward to next year!
COLLEGIATE QSO PARTY - September 20-21, 2003
In 2003, the SDSM&T ARC participated in the Collegiate QSO Party! It was a lot of fun and we hope to continue to do so again this year!

    Contest Experience:
We didn't do quite as well as we would've liked to in this contest but we were happy with it. It was the first contest we actually participated in and several of the club members helped out by calling their CQ's and making contacts! Dean of Students, Dr. Patricia Mahon, also joined us and made a contact herself! We were excited and raring to go! Next year we'll do better!
