As team leader my primary goal is to provide my team members with an environment that promotes teamwork and good engineering practices. I am in charge of overseeing production and seeing that
the project progresses smoothly and on schedule. I hope to achieve this through example and guidance as we all learn and grow as a team.
I am also responsible for the coordination of facilities, supplies, faculty and university relations, and financing.
It is my belief that through good engineering practices, implemented in an environment that promotes teamwork, while striving for excellence, a quality product is the inevitable outcome."
