Internships

The hallmark of a Hardrocker education is our hands-on experience. The real-world happens beyond the classroom. So should your education.

Internships and co-ops provide unmatched opportunities for students to apply classroom learning to real-world careers. Last year, 78% of students landed paid internships and co-ops (semester-long experiences for credit) at 232 companies in 37 states averaging $17.57 per hour. 15% participated in paid research positions before graduation. 100% gained industry expertise second to none at companies such as Ford, ExxonMobil, Freeport McMoRan, Caterpillar, Kiewit, NASA, and Newmont Mining.

Over the last four years, Mines start-ups have taken first place in the statewide business competition three times and first place in the student competition twice. We've also launched a brand-new HBX CORe program where students take Harvard business classes online.
