Mining Industry Applications Specialization, MS

Background info:

Entry to this specialization is available to those with a BS/BA from an accredited University who have a minimum of three years employment in the Minerals Industry or related industry; or is a South Dakota Mines Accelerated Graduate student; or holds a BS or MS in Mining Engineering.

Program info:

Non-thesis only program. Core requirements: MEM 501 (3 credits). Elective courses 10 (30 credits). Total credits 33.

Students who possess a BS in Mining Engineering or are a South Dakota Mines Accelerated student in the BS Mining Engineering & Management program may exchange MEM 501 for a different course. Half of all classes must be taken at a 600 level or higher.
