Transfer Student Checklist

Transfer students should:

  • Submit Undergraduate Application for Admission with non-refundable $20.00 fee (required). 
       
    Any student that attended a Regental institution in the three terms prior to the term of the application is eligible for a fee waiver.
      
  • Send an OFFICIAL transcript from each post-secondary institution attended, excluding South Dakota Board of Regents Institutions: Dakota State University, Northern State University, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, South Dakota State University, or University of South Dakota (Required). Please send ALL transcripts to the address listed below:

  • Applicants under the age of 21 who have completed less than 24 semester credits of college work must submit official copies of ACT or SAT I scores in addition to the above documents. Applicants must also meet the minimum course requirements for admission to South Dakota Public Higher Education Institutions.
