The Ombudsman Group can be contacted for help resolving complaints related to the FSA programs, including federal loan and grant programs. for help resolving complaints resolve disputes with your Student Loan lender. The Federal Student Aid Ombudsman will help you with options to resolve problems regarding your student loans.
