Friendship Family Student Questionnaire 
The Friendship Family program is a visitation program for international students attending the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology (SD Mines).  (It is not a home-stay or live-in program.)  If you have ideas on how this program might be improved, use this handy questionnaire.
