Virtual Volunteering Avenues
Crisis Text Line is free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text 741741 from anywhere in the US to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. Crisis Text Line trains volunteers ages 18 and older to support people in crisis.
Translators without Borders is a non-profit organization offering language and translation support for humanitarian and development agencies, and other non-profit organizations on a global scale. If you are fluent in at least one language other than your
native language, you can volunteering online including translating medical texts, crisis response, or for other roles such as project manager, graphic or web page designers and fundraising.
The United Nations Volunteers program contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. Online volunteering allows organizations and volunteers to team up to address sustainable development from 187 countries around the globe.
