Overview
The ITS Support Portal is the main point of contact between you and the ITS technicians. This portal is aimed at providing all the resources and assistance to help you solve your problems.
Logging In
Visit support.sdsmt.edu/TDClient.
or
Visit support.sdsmt.edu and then click on Client Portal.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base page contains helpful troubleshooting and instruction articles for common issues. This should be your
first stop when you have an issue.
Services
The Services page contains a vast catalog of services offered by the ITS department. This is where you
need to go to Submit a Ticket i.e Request a Service.
