Mines Faculty, Alumni Host “Talk Data to Me” Panel

The panel will delve into current trends and topics centered on machine learning, data science and data engineering.

 

Data is everywhere. Whether it be in the traffic flow on your way to work, the evolving demographics of our growing state or the computer inside your grandmother’s new robotic vacuum, the field of data science is a vital component for both public and private sector growth.

At 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at Hay Camp Brewing Company, a panel of industry experts representing companies from across the country will join Mines faculty, alumni and students in a panel discussion, titled Talk Data to Me

The panel will delve into current trends and topics centered on machine learning, data science and data engineering.

The event is hosted by Compile Black Hills, which aims to connect software industry professionals in the area.
