RAPID CITY, SD (June 7, 2018) – The
South Dakota School of
Mines & Technology concert committee “e135 Entertainment”
is proud to present “Helluva Night,” at 7 p.m. on September 8, 2018 at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. The concert includes the popular bands Neon Trees with
special guest Lost
Kings. The event is part of the “Rocker Days” homecoming week
festivities at Mines that take place September 8-15.
Tickets are available at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center
Box Office, by calling 1-800-GOT-MINE, gotmine.com, Ellsworth Air Force Base
Outdoor Rec Office and at the Silverado Franklin. Tickets go on sale for SD Mines students at 10
a.m. on June 11 and are open to the public at 10 a.m. on July 2.
SD Mines students have reduced
ticket prices of $30 for the general Admission pit and reserved lower level and
$20 for the upper level. Tickets for the
general public are $50 for the general admission pit and reserved lower level
and $40 for the upper level.
“The concert planned for the Fall
of ‘18 is not just a concert for the SD Mines students, but a way for the
students to interact with the community,” says Jake Oberpriller Student
Association President. “Engineering students often get the reputation that we
don't know how to have fun, and this is an opportunity to show that SD Mines is
more than just a small engineering school east of downtown Rapid City.”
