Occasionally, proposals will contain services purchased from consulting individuals or organizations. In these cases, the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) will draft, review and sign contracts with the individuals or organizations that allow the researcher
to meet the goals and objectives of their proposal award. In order to request a contract for services under a grant, please download and complete the Contract Request Form (CONREQ) from this page and email the finished document to Kharla Vock. Incomplete information on the form will result in a delay in issuing the contract so please try to be as thorough as possible.
