Student Research Symposium-2014 

The School of Mines held its 5th annual Research Symposium on Tuesday, April 8, 2014.  The office of Research Affairs is pleased to announce the award winners.  Oral and poster sessions were held for graduate and undergraduate students.  30 posters and 23 orals were presented to 30 faculty judges.  Cash prizes were awarded to both graduate and undergraduate divisions:  1st prize: $500, 2nd prize: $300, 3rd prize: $200, Overall Best Paper: $500.
