Rocker Trail

When you’re at South Dakota Mines, getting outside and exploring is part of the experience. A great place to start is the Rocker Trail system located in the hills just behind campus. 

From there, the adventures only expand. Campus is just a short drive from Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Black Hills outdoor recreation, and Badlands National Park—plus the shopping, dining, arts, and entertainment of Rapid City.
