Fraternity and Sorority Life
The South Dakota School of Mines and Technology recognizes and supports the important
role of fraternities and sororities on the campus. Fraternities and sororities provide
a valuable developmental component of the undergraduate experience and enhance the
experience of campus life. With 5 men's fraternities, 1 co-ed fraternity, and 2
sororities, there are plenty of options to choose from when finding a good fit in
our Fraternity and Sorority Life community.

| Greek Council | Order of Omega |
| The purpose of Greek Council is to promote cooperation between the fraternities, sororities, and administration, as well as to discuss topics of mutual interest. Greek Council coordinates the Greek calendar of events and sponsors service activities. | Order of Omega is an honor society for members of the Greek community who have achieved a high standard of leadership in interfraternity activities. |
