Schedule a Video Conference
ITS strives to make your Video Conference scheduling experience as pain-free and pleasant as possible. To accomplish this we need certain information provided by YOU.
To schedule a video conference from South Dakota Mines to a remote location please follow these instructions:
- Choose a date and time.
- Obtain contact information for the Technical contact at the remote sites. This is NOT the faculty member or conference participants at the remote end. If necessary, call the remote end faculty and have them provide you, the requester, with the contact information for their Tech. (Name, Phone, Address, Email)
- Email or call Dane Finnesand (Dane.finnesand@sdsmt.edu) 394-1958 with your dates, time, and contact information. Dane will interface with the remote Tech to ascertain the best way to setup your conference and choose the best room for your type of video conference.
South Dakota Mines' video conference rooms are available to the public. All SDBOR events are supported for free.
