Faculty/Staff Computer Repair 

All campus computers should come with a warranty. The extent of this warranty depends on when and how it was ordered.

Our campus Help Desk is an authorized repair center for Fujitsu, HP,  and Lenovo and performs all warranty work on-site. We can also service other computers on a limited basis.

If you need software or hardware assistance contact us and we can help. We will do our best to get you up-and-running as quickly as possible and get you back to your work.

During the Covid-19 lock-down

While the South Dakota Mines campus is closed, the Help Desk is still open with limited hours.

Please contact us via email to arrange for assistance.

  • If you live in the Rapid City area, you can setup an appointment to come to campus and meet with one of our technicians.
  • If you are outside the area, contact us for help troubleshooting the computer problem, and arranging repairs or replacements.
