IBL: Faculty Partnership
Find Your IBL Opportunity
Encourage students who would benefit from open-ended, hands-on problem solving to participate in IBL courses and projects.
Faculty can bring forward problems, unmet needs, research-adjacent questions, or ideas that could benefit from student exploration.
Work with the IBL Hub to identify where additional hands-on experiences could complement an existing degree program.
A Collaborative Resource for Faculty
Faculty can send students to IBL courses, collaborate with us on opportunities for their programs, or bring us ideas that may be well suited for student teams. These ideas do not need to be fully developed projects; part of IBL is allowing students to help frame the problem, investigate what is unknown, and determine where opportunities for innovation exist.
