The coursework at Mines helped me develop a disciplined work ethic that I now carry in my career. This way of learning led me to ask many questions during my internship with the South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks, learning not just 'how,' but 'why,' so that I can fully appreciate the scope of the research being conducted as well as how important it is to put forth my best effort every day.
