COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course will provide teams with access to an experiential learning process with customer discovery, aimed at successfully designing products and services that provide a clear benefit to customers. The learnings acquired will allow teams to gain insights that can be leveraged in crafting a focused and clear commercialization strategy for translating technology out of the lab and into the marketplace.

This course is about communicating with your customer ecosystem. Teams will learn to “channel” the voice of the customer, which gives partners and investors a more objective view of the foundations used to craft your commercialization strategy.
